Renovo Home Partners, the fifth-largest home remodeling company in America, is seeking a hands-on IT Manager to lead and optimize our IT operations across multiple business units. This role requires a strong leader with a deep understanding of IT infrastructure, systems management, and change implementation, supporting over 600 employees across 15 states.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the IT team, setting clear goals, providing mentorship, and driving performance.
- Develop and execute IT strategies that align with business objectives, ensuring technology enhances operational efficiency.
- Oversee IT infrastructure, including Windows-based environments, networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), security, and cloud services (Entra ID, Office365, Exchange Online).
- Drive technology change management, ensuring smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex IT issues, providing hands-on technical expertise when needed.
- Manage vendor relationships and business stakeholders, ensuring IT services align with company goals.
- Maintain IT compliance and best practices for data security and system reliability.
- Support business-critical applications, including call center technologies (a plus).
- Work flexible hours as needed, including evenings and weekends for critical support.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as an IT Manager, leading IT teams in a multi-location business.
- 6+ years of advanced technical experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, and network management.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage executives and frontline employees alike.
- Provide hands-on support for hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
- Experience with business IT systems, cybersecurity best practices, and cloud-based solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
Key Technical Experience:
- Proficient in the administration of Entra ID, Office365, Exchange Online, Power Platforms
- Experience leading projects & teams.
- Extensive experience in windows desktop / laptop environments.
- Experience with MDM (mobile device management) and iPad support.
- Understanding of network management (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Working knowledge of network technology, Cisco Meraki and Ubiquiti experience is a plus.
- Project management & decision-making capabilities.
- Broad understanding of call center operations and applications.
